Escondido "...Mrs. Edward Biddison of 1818 Country Lane" watched her dog chase a cat up a 56-foot palm tree. The cat would not come down. The humane society cannot help since tree was not in city limits. The same with the fire department. SDGE will not rescue unless on utility poles.
