Scope and Contents
Folder contains materials from intern Elisabeth Newbold. Folder contains documents written by Newbold, including “Tribal Libraries and Emerging Trends” in addition to the rewritten section on the Pauma library; and a draft of “Interview with Tribal Library Advocate Bonnie Biggs,” which also includes an email between Newbold and Biggs where Newfold shared the interview questions with Biggs ahead of their interview date. Folder also includes the San Diego County Library Executive Team meeting minutes from June 16, 2009. It may be inferred that Newbold interned at the San Diego County Library, but there is no formal internship documentation in the folder to tell us specifically about her internship placement.

Conditions Governing Access
The collection is open for research. Some materials have been restricted because of FERPA or concerns with Personally Identifiable Information. Select items/Contents have been reformatted and have digital access copies. Access to original [audio tapes, video recordings, etc.] is restricted; researchers may request viewing copies. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm. Final requests for materials must be made one hour prior to closing. Please submit requests for archival materials at least 24 hours in advance of desired appointment. Materials requested over the weekend will be available on the following Tuesday at the earliest.
