Scope and Contents
Folder contains materials relating to intern Ann Lambert who was a student of SJSU's School of Library and Information Science and enrolled in an internship for LIBR 294 course. She interned at Pala Library. During the course of her internship, she worked on cataloging projects and ran the circulation desk. Folder includes emails between Lambert and Biggs regarding completing her Practicum report; as well as on career updates post-internship. Folder also includes the “Evaluation of Practicum by the Site Supervisor, School of Library and Information Science, San Jose State University, LIBR 294” form, which was completed by Biggs for Lambert, and the “Practicum Application Form, LIBR 294,” which was completed by Lambert.

Conditions Governing Access
The collection is open for research. Some materials have been restricted because of FERPA or concerns with Personally Identifiable Information. Select items/Contents have been reformatted and have digital access copies. Access to original [audio tapes, video recordings, etc.] is restricted; researchers may request viewing copies. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm. Final requests for materials must be made one hour prior to closing. Please submit requests for archival materials at least 24 hours in advance of desired appointment. Materials requested over the weekend will be available on the following Tuesday at the earliest.
