Scope and Contents
This folder contains letters written to Congressman Packard and his office, as well as letters from Packard himself. These written letters are the goals, wants, or needs of the person writing them (predominantly city officials). The letters include meetings and proposed plans with certificates of completion for those projects fulfilled within Packard's district. The projects include those devoted to limiting environmental impacts, gaining more resources, city expansion, and more. These letters indicate Packard's own level of support for different subjects.
