Scope and Contents
This folder contains a Draft Environment Assessment for the "Construction of Pre-Inspected Automate Lane (PAL)San Clemente Station Checkpoint". This draft was prepared for the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and U.S Border Patrol.
