Folder contains information on a bill introduced by Congressman Packard called the "Religious Liberty and Charitable Donation Protection Act of 1997". This bill sought to protect individuals to continue to donate to charities or churches even after going or declaring for bankruptcy. This collection is open for research. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm.
