Scope and Contents
Folder contains Bill H.R 4193 [Making appropriations for the Department of the Interior and related agencies], as well as an accompnaying report. Also included are the interests of Congressman Packard for the Bill, including an interest in getting funding for the Natural Community Conservation Planning (NCCP), land requests, and animal restoration. Accompanying Congressman Packard's interests are reports to legislature released by the NCCP, and they indicate the goals of the NCCP, including animal preservation, habitat protection, and more that aims to highlight their usefulness to the government.

This collection is open for research. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm. Final requests for materials must be made one hour prior to closing. Please submit requests for archival materials at least 24 hours in advance of desired appointment. Materials requested over the weekend will be available on the following Tuesday at the earliest.
