Scope and Contents
Folder contains a Project Status Report, brief, and presentation for the Napalm Stockpile Removal and Disposal Project prepared for the House Appropriations Committee (HAC) Military Construction Subcommittee. This report offers a detailed description for the project and includes a project statement, plan for disposal, as well as the processing site for the Napalm after it is shipped. Also included are political letters and news clips that indicate the fight and push to get the napalm disposed of properly, including the initial highlighting of the problem within Congressman Packard's district. Similar information included in the previous folder. Also included are further plans, inlcuding other potential disposal sights and other plans to dispose of the napalm, both temporary and long-term.

Conditions Governing Access
This collection is open for research. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm. Final requests for materials must be made one hour prior to closing. Please submit requests for archival materials at least 24 hours in advance of desired appointment. Materials requested over the weekend will be available on the following Tuesday at the earliest.
