Folder contains infromation regarding the election of Congressman Packard into the House of Representatives. His initial election was orignially laced with controversey, as calls for a challenge to his election would come up, however the challenge would fail. Included in this folder are news clips from the time of Packard's election, as well as the challenge that was later rejected. His challenger for office was Johnnie Crean, and his challenger upon being elected was Roy Pat Archer, another politician. Also included in the folder is clips indicating the practices of Crean and Archer, as well as including key features and information about Packard's own campaign.
