Included are letters to and from Congressman Packard expressing his wants and priorities with the reauthorization of ISTEA (Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act); the widening of State Route 76; new interchanges off the 76 and 5 Highways; improvements to the 78 Highway; toll roads; as well as more interchanges between other highways, such as State Route 79; the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency's response to the Transportation Project Evaluation Criteria which looked at aspects of these highway improvements; a testimony given by the Exec.
