Folder contains Representative Ron Packard’s talking point documents from speeches given at multiple organizational meetings in 1992, Congressional records, official statements from the 102nd Congress, his opening statement for the 103rd Congress, and press releases. The topics addressed were the economic impact of undocumented immigration, energy programs, water and transportation bills, health care reform, Federal COLAs, federal spending, honoring of veterans, and the support of renaming two courthouses.

Conditions Governing Access
This collection is open for research. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm. Final requests for materials must be made one hour prior to closing. Please submit requests for archival materials at least 24 hours in advance of desired appointment. Materials requested over the weekend will be available on the following Tuesday at the earliest.
