Folder contains Representative Ron Packard’s floor statements given during the 103rd Congress sessions. The topics addressed include the need for a more substantial crime bill, opposition to the Clinton-Gephardt health care bill, the honoring of students, athletes, and colleagues, frustration over the Endangered Species Act, the introduction of Gus Own (ICC nominee), concerns over the US presence in Haiti, and support of the Republican Contract with America.

This collection is open for research. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm.
