The topics addressed include the Republican Contract with America, the Balanced Budget Amendment, unfunded mandates legislation, the Line-item Veto bill, the Republican Crime Package, and the Republican Regulatory Transition Act.

Conditions Governing Access
This collection is open for research. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm.
