Folder contains correspondence with Representative Ron Packard and leaders in San Diego County. The letters and documents include information on various City of Oceanside appropriation projects (The Mission Basin Brackish Groundwater Desalting Research and Development Project; Oceanside Transit Center Parking Expansion; Calle Montecito Neighborhood Center; Shoreline Protection; Submerged Jetty); special area management plan for wetland and watershed resources; study of the Encinitas/Solana Beach shoreline; and the San Diego County Water Recycling Project. (prep for fiscal year 2001)

Conditions Governing Access
This collection is open for research. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm. Final requests for materials must be made one hour prior to closing. Please submit requests for archival materials at least 24 hours in advance of desired appointment. Materials requested over the weekend will be available on the following Tuesday at the earliest.
