Folder contains correspondence with Representative Ron Packard and various individuals regarding the Water Resources Development Act, the Eastern Municipal Water District Non-Reclaimable Waste Disposal System, the Murrieta Creek Flood Control Project, and the authorization to expand the Mission Basin Brackish Groundwater Desalting research and Development Project. The folder contains letters, talking points, maps, the testimony of Ron Packard before the House Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, comments by the EPA on the Murrieta Creek Flood Control Project, business cards, emails, Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation’s statement on the FY97 water resources development appropriations, and the Murrieta Creek Flood Control and Environmental Restoration Feasibility Study.

Conditions Governing Access
This collection is open for research. The Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room is accessible by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm. Final requests for materials must be made one hour prior to closing. Please submit requests for archival materials at least 24 hours in advance of desired appointment. Materials requested over the weekend will be available on the following Tuesday at the earliest.
