A packet by Dr. Symonette from University of Wisconsin-Madison discussing how to develop and retain programs at universities, which includes/lists critical skills program administrators and staff need to develop. This folder also includes a packet with a presentation and notes from Adra Halford (CSUSM), which concerns making websites more accessible to those with disabilities.

Itineraries/schedules, email correspondence between the event's main coordinators, MEChA meeting notes, a sample flyer, and an event map with notes on placement and item quantities. Also includes information about Women's History Month 2006, as well as information about Multicultural Student Leadership Council (MSLC).

This includes memorandums, notes, several research reports, event planning materials (e.g. emails, forms, flyers, brochures), project planning, and collaborations with other universities. Outside materials are also included to help aid research, including articles, other university presentations, and further reports about diveristy not related to CSUSM.

File includes Student Life & Learning (SLL) staff meetings with notes, calendars, flyers, brochures, worksheets, presentations, and correspondence between staff. Several documents relate to the foundation of Multicultural Programs (MCP), including proposal, drafts, grant/funding information, budget statements, and a copy of the Student Organization Basics handbook.

Plans for events within the AY 2006/2007 by Multicultural Programs (MCP) and student organizations. Includes handbooks, reports, calendars, and meetings, all of which contain notes or annotations. MCP events in file include Celebration of Culture, All People's Celebration, the Cross Cultural Center Grand Opening, First Year Orientation, and Move-in Week events.

Scope and Contents Several events (not hosted by CSUSM) that promote diversity. Most come from San Diego State Univeristy's (SDSU) Cross-Cultural Center and includes flyers, calendars, and brochures. There are also copies of CSUSM's campus newspaper "The Pride," with articles on human rights activism, feminism, and domestic violence. File also includes materials about APIDA (Asian Pacific Islander Desi American) events/organizations, like the San Diego Asian Film Festival (SDAFF) and corresponding guidebook....

Preparatory documents for CSUSM's division of Student Affairs, many of which have multiple copies (drafts and official). Documents include applications, handbooks, proposals, reports, meeting agendas, surveys, handwritten notes. A Greek Life constitution and handbook is included, as are some handouts for events such as "Multicultural Mondays."
