"Three members of the Junior Woman's Club of Escondido work on putting up a 'Safety Town' at the Escondido Village Mall. The little town is used to educate youngsters from preschool through the third grade on proper procedure in safety rules. Shown (from left) are Mmes. Max Mitchell, Jack Gotherman and Verne Scheffler.
