[Per photographer's assignment: "In the first sweep of its kind in the country, officers with Escondido PD, state parole dept., state probation, INS will assist the 1 1/2 year-old JUDGE unit in tracking down 80 to 100 parole and probation violators who are wanted for outstanding warrants. The JUDGE team was formed to track down criminals who give cops a different name each time they are arrested leaving the cops with four or five warrants and mug shots for the same guy.
