It was printed on the verso side of the underground tabloid newspaper Street Journal/San Diego Free Press. The library's run may contain gaps. The Street Journal and El Barrio were printed on a semiregular, weekly basis. El Barrio byline: "The Official Organ of the Brown Berets: Published weekly by the San Diego Free Press."
