There are “Annual Report to the Provost and Vice President, Division of Academic Affairs” reports for the following academic years in the folder: 2006-2007 (prepared by Biggs); 2005-2006 (prepared by Biggs); and 2004-2005 (author unknown). Folder also contains the "Monthly Report, Bonnie Biggs, Tribal Liaison" reports, from 2004-2007," which reported on all of CSUSM's Tribal Liaison activities. Folder also includes the "Reaching Out to Tribal Communities" (2003) document, which includes raw demographic data on California Indigenous populations, a brief history of San Diego-North County'soutreach initiatives, information on "Uncle" Henry Rodriguez (Luiseño cultuer bearer and activist), the history of CSUSM and its controversy with the Indigenous community, and recommendations moving forward. Folder also includes a proposal titled, "Tribal Communities Liaison," for establishing the Tribal Communities Liaison at CSUSM. Finally, folder includes monthly calendar print outs from November 2004 to June 2007 with filled-in appointments and events.
