My husband and I hadn’t been to my mom and dad’s house in San Diego since the start of the stay-at-home order, and about six weeks later, we decided we'd head down from our house in Escondido and visit them. My mom had set up chairs on the front porch for the four of us, and she had also put out a tape measure to show everyone that we were correctly maintaining our six-foot social distance.

The North Park Journal-News is a weekly publication by the Progress-Journal Co. which succeeded the North Park Journal (April 25, 1930 - October 10, 1930) when it merged with the North Park News (library does not hold issues of the North Park News). Byline: "Covers North Park Like Sunshine."

The San Diegan and the North Shores Sentinel was the preceeding title to the North Shores Sentinel. The The North Shores Sentinel and the San Diegan, Consolidated is the succeeding title to the North Shores Sentinel. Geographic coverage is listed in the paper as "North Shore San Diego." Library holdings contain gaps.
