Scope and Contents The Primavera Orchard was owned and operated by Giovanni and Susan Cupaiuolo from 1991 until Nino’s death in 2020 in Vista, California. It was a six acre peri-urban farm specializing in the growth, preparation, promotion and detailed hand-pollinated fruit from a variety of cherimoya trees. Cherimoya trees are a tropical fruit tree which will only grow in Southern California and are very expensive due to the complicated and dedicated care of the trees and cultivations. "Marlissa Crocker, Miss Vista, took the first dive into Vista's new $85,000 swimming pool at Monday dedication ceremonies attended by many local dignitaries at Washington Junior High School, including Mayor Orbee Mihalek (left), and G. C. Eikermann, Vista Unified School District superintendent. The pool was a joint venture of the city and the schools and was open to the public at noon today. It is the city's second swimming pool."
