En la Vida was a news magazine published monthly out of Chicago, Illinois. It focused on Latinx LGBTQ+ communities and content. Library holdings are one issue (July 2002), which contains a cover story and photographs on Pride in Tijuana and the Rainbow over the Border Partnership: A Bi-National LGBT Border Project.

Largely a gay-focused newsmagazine with some content geared towards lesbians, the Pacific Coast Times covered national, California, and local news and culture relevant to San Diego's gay and lesbian community, with a strong focus on California, especially the LA and San Diego regions.
